Wait, if Landon is talking to a random teenager about other people being involved in the crime he committed then why didn’t he rat them out during the trial?

In the criminal world, you just don’t do that, or you put a target on your back. Maybe he knew he might be rewarded by the people he was covering up for, and some time in the future they would make it worth it to him financially.

Now that he has participated in the experiment, all bets are off. He just has to move forward  as a shrunken captive,
