Nice chapter. I like how Carrie is starting to look at this as more as a fitting justice for criminals than merely shushing shrunken men.
Squashing two shrunken men beneath her massive breasts was great; but perhaps she could crush another two stuffed up, underneath her breasts like the underwires of a bra {i.e. tucked completely under her breasts, between her breasts and her torso}.
Her shoes / feet possibly being the next crushing zone is interesting considering how she indifferently, then domineeringly crushed the bugs in the restaurant.
Carrie obviously has her entire body to use as an arsenal of destruction, her armpits, her hands, her butt / butt crack, her mouth, her pussy; the possibilities are endless.
Sam seems really hot, will Sam and Carrie ever do a girl on girl photo shoot {plus shrunken men to smash between their embracing bodies}?
Speaking of photo shoot, why are these photos shoots rather than videos? Or are they both???

You're on the right direction! The amount of smut and plot is very balanced, even the descriptions about Carrie's psychology were on point!
Now that Carrie knows that the shrinkees are prisoners, having one of those prisoners as Carrie's acquaintance/friend could be exciting, perhaps the Sheriff could be charged with corruption, or her landlord.
One more suggestion, how about making Carrie interact with a city model and play hide n seek with the shrinkees? ;)
Anyway, keep up the good work, there's so many exciting ways to branch out this story! And can even possibly end it with some growth 👀
