I have been enjoying this story so far.  I love the pov's and the interactions.  This size is one of my favorites.  As I continue to read I wonder did you have the idea to only have these two races of sized people, or were there going to be different groups?  I ask based on the idea that the characters refer to themselves and each other as liliputian and brobdingnagian

Author's Response:

In this world I've crafted, there are Lillis, Gullis, and Brobs, but we never see any Gullis. Obvious disclaimer: The races/sizes are not my own. I borrowed and adapted them from existing works for my own purposes.

As stated in my review for chapter 12, I believe this chapter alone deserves a review.

Getting to see Nick open up about his tragic backstory is just so well done here. The emotions are raw, and it feels freeing for him to be able to speak without fear of repercussion. He is allowed to feel here, and where he is coming from is understandable and quite relatable. I'd love to see it broken down more in the future, perhaps seeing how he can help others who might be like him. I'm sure there is no shortage of Lillis who have the same story.

How Jeannine handles it is also fantastic. Honestly, as sad as the chapter is, it's also super uplifting to see the emotions handled well, and I'm excited to see how other characters develop. These moments are critical to the worldbuilding in this story, and I can't get enough of it!

Author's Response: I'm glad that the chapter was so well received. I spent a long time writing the dialogue for it, more than I'd like to admit. It's moments like those that I wished to see in other size-stories. As you probably read in Chapter 1's notes, I'm so sick of the same old cruel, sadistic, horny giant character having their way with tiny people. Genuine human compassion is something I feel would realistically exist, even in a world as dark as this fictional one. And to some extent, the characters' emotions reflect how I, as the author, feel about people in my own life. It's all a big metaphor, really.

There are a few chapters that really "stand out" in the story, at least to me. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as you did this one.

...and leave me a review with your thoughts!

Oh my GOD this story is so fantastic! The interactions are so sweet and gentle. The differences in how each lilly reacts/views their new situation and Jeannine makes this much more interesting. Can't wait to see more from this story so I'm happy to read that you plan to put out lots of chapters! I need more of this gentle goodness injected straight to my veins.

Author's Response:

You are too kind! I sometimes worry that such a gentle story can become uneventful or boring. Hopefully I can keep entertaining you with the wholesomeness.
