Hmmmm! A domineering giantess with a mysterious origin.
She's of Asian heritage, but she refers to elevators as "lifts." Which indicates some time in the British educational system. And, she (sort of) dresses like a Goth.
Wild guess: she was born in some former British colony, like Hong Kong, but educated in England. Later moving to the U.S. to pursue some kind of lucrative career, like spokes-modeling. And, her power to shrink is either some hereditary magical gift from one of her parents' sides of the family. Or, some noveau-riche techno-geek chose the wrong break-through prototype to try and impress her with.
Whatever the true origin, I will definitely be here for chapter 2!

Interesting theories you got there, but as far as her ability to shrink goes, you may find a clue or two in the thread on Giantess City. ;)
