SPOILER WARNING!!!

SPOILER WARNING!!!

So I finally did it.  I finally made an account on here so I could review something.  You pushed me over the edge.  There have been several other stories that almost did it but sadly few of them have been finished yet so I never got around to it.

SPOLIER WARNING!!!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

What can I say?  This story was so damn spicy!  It really got me at a few parts in more ways than one!  I almost choked up during the events of chapter 10 but at the same time I didn't know how to feel because the scenario was just so incredibly well done!  I had a bad feeling something like that was going to happen but I absolutely did not expect it to be that extreme!  It may have been totally fucked up but damn if it wasn't a ridiculously hot scenario in a cruel sort of way.  I feel bad for saying it tho...  I'm going to have PTSD after that.  Good job!

I just loved your characters.  Each one of them had a distinctly different personality and motivations.

Joel is a super relatable guy and really had me rooting for him the entire time.  I really wanted Leo to make it out too damn it!  That scene was straight from Avengers and I hate you for it (not really)!

Now for the main girls.  I just loved how you gave each of them a different style!

So I guess I'll start by saying that Andrea was just so cruel and it was truly a spectacle to behold!  The way she ruthlessly paid no mind to her fellow team and carelessly stomped right over them during the CTF game was really twisted and fun to read.  I was looking forward to her getting what she deserved and would've loved to see Joel's revenge get drawn out a bit more because that psycho bitch deserved it.

Next we have Lara.  What a sweet girl that didn't deserve her fait.  I loved her attitude and motivations for helping Joel and Theo.  I also loved her somewhat unaware and reluctant nature.  She really didn't want to have to do the things she did.  Her carelessness in a few scenes resulted in some very interesting and twisted scenarios.  As a huge fan of unaware and reluctant gentle giantesses Lara was my second favorite.

And now for Lisa who was probably my favorite.  I was already liking her confident personality and sisterly protective bond with Joel from the very beginning.  I was a bit confused when you didn't really use her for a few chapters once things really started kicking off.  I think she could've had a bit more presence towards the beginning of the games and getting to see her and Joel interact early on would've been interesting after the sudden shift in perspective.

My favorite thing about Lisa is how cold and confident she was.  It was obvious from the beginning chapter that she wasn't a bad person and looked out for her friends but at the same time she was capable of some of the most casually brutal displays of power out of all the contestants.  She was definitely my favorite giantess because she was incredibly unpredictable in how extreme she could get.  She clearly didn't explicitly take pleasure in murdering people like Andrea did but at the same time she didn't really seem to have a problem with it either.  She adjusted to her new circumstances very quickly and was very much a survivor.

I just could not get over how casual she was about some of the horrific things she did.  If Andrea is the kind of girl that goes and burns ants with a magnifying glass and Lara is the kind of girl who takes bugs outside in a napkin, then Lisa seems like the type who would see a bug crawling by her foot and just casually step on it without looking back down or making a big deal out of it and would just walk away with it still stuck to her sole.  It's that casual cruelty that makes her very unpredictable.  Even after she came back around and escaped with Joel and had her coming to Jesus moment once she got to see things from Joel's perspective, she still wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty towards the end.  She has a heart of gold for those she cares about and will do what ever she has to to protect them and do the right thing, but don't stand in her way because that heart of gold can still be as cold as ice!  I just love it when the big women are perfectly fine with accepting the power they have over those beneath them for good or ill.  No spectacle, no theatrics, just the laws of nature. She's bigger than you therefor she can and she will so best stay out of her way.  It's super hot.  Well done!  The ending with her was very good.

Overall, I really enjoyed the twists and turns in this one and now I kinda want to watch Squid game because this story had me on the edge of my seat the entire time kind of like the final season of Attack on Titan right now.  You hit it out of the park (I also read your other stories before this and they were absolute bangers too)!

If I had one bit of feedback it would be that personally, I like it when the author sort of takes the time to vividly describe the appearance of the characters.  I'm ok with forming my own mental images but I also love when a character's appearance is thoroughly drawn out and set in stone and especially in a story with as many characters as this one it helps keep the mental imagery more organized.  Several of your characters were described as "Asian with black hair" and about all I had to go off of was that Andrea's unique trait was black painted nails.  Several other characters were described as being "dainty" but that's somewhat ambiguous.  This isn't meant to be criticism, more just a personal observation.  I like when characters have their height, weight, shoe size, body build and facial features set.  For example, I imagined Lara to be about 5'10", about 135lbs with size 10 feet, blond hair and blue eyes, lean build and somewhat Scandinavian features.  Is this accurate?  I really would love to get a better mental picture of what Lisa looks like besides, blond hair and green eyes, dainty features and red nails.  I'm so sorry if this comes across as being really picky or demanding.  I would just love if you gave extra details on the appearance and body proportions of the characters in the future!  I think this is especially important for continuity in an ongoing storyline.  There has to be an established canonical appearance if you will.  Am I just bad at imagining characters?  Idk.  I always find myself looking for picture references to fill in for certain characters just so I can better visualize it.

Thank you for reading my TED Talk! Can't wait for part 2.

I suppose now that I made this account to review this I should go review some of the other good ones I've read on here so the authors will finish them :/

I give Squish Game a bonified GOAT rating for giantess stories (and I've read hundreds over the years)!  Thank you so much for writing this and I really am super excited to see what kind of trouble Joel and Lisa have gotten themselves into!

Author's Response:

You have touched my soul! Seeing a properly written review for a fully finished novel-length story I've written is truly heartwarming and mind-blowing at the same time.

I totally agree with you about the character descriptions, I personally as a reader have a powerful imagination and I can make up what I believe characters to look like without any guidance, hence why I avoided it, I felt as though it was a good idea for everyone to make their own interpretation, but I'm starting to feel as though that may not be a good idea and I would like to take steps to improve it.

Your breakdown of the characters is awesome, it's weird to me because they were visualized powerfully in my head and written over quite a bit of story, so to see someone draft up the same descriptions perfectly means I must've written their personalities distinctly and that makes me happy.

I'm glad you think my other content is also equally good, that makes me feel more confident about my style and structure going forward as I wasn't sure if I had a good niche with an audience like me.

You've motivated me to continue the sequel, I'll use this amazing review as future inspiration to power through. Thank you for taking the time to write this!

HI,

You're thinking to do a sequel on Lisa ? Does she survive on the last game ?

Meanwhile, thank you for your story, great such time for me, and it has permit me to talk about my kink to my wife ! lol...

Author's Response:

I realized I may have mini spoiled one of the characters surviving. :[

But I appreciate the comment, my sequel has a large focus on other characters, I've not fleshed it out at all because it will be a while in the future.

Can't deny that I'd like to see a spinoff or a story with tinies stuck at that size. Half a mm?

I was thinking about a game in which tinies got shrunk to 1 mm tall. Maybe one of the last chapters. Btw, another Great story

Couldn't understand at which size they are stuck to. You forgot to mention it. Btw, seems interesting!

Author's Response:

Yeah I forgot to make that clear, I remember the scene where I was going to place it into the dialogue then I ended up forgetting. I'll edit it into the 2nd chapter.

To prevent you from needing to scan the chapter again, the answer is an inch tall. :]
