King Radigan reminds me of the Master of Lake-town in The Hobbit. A fat and decadent ruler who cares more about gold than his own people. I'm sure Sylvie will put him in his place, as she did for the pirates.

I definitely based him off the Master of Lake-Town completely. Sylvie will definitely knock some sense into him ;)
