Just caught up on this story. Good fight scene. I like that she tricked Bargar into causing his own demise. A clever and poetic victory. I'm curious how things will play out with Shalmat though.

Finally got around to catching up on this. Loving it so far! Wasn't sure what to think about a prequel/sequel, but it sure does add a lot to the world and to Valerie and Alban pre-parenthood. I wonder if this story will end with her learning she is pregnant with Belena?

Usually she doesn't, but since it happened tonight, Alban might sleep apart from her for a while until the nightmares stop coming.

Whoa, giant mystically controlled armor! Nice! Kind of like a fantasy-style mech suit. Does Bargar have any kind of protection on that platform or is he just exposed to the open air? Seems like that could be an issue.

He is pretty well protected from arrows shot from ground-level, since he's standing in the middle of the platform. Valerie could try firing an arrow at him, but he's a pretty small target for her to hit, and she's not very good with a bow either. But as to how she'll try to defeat him, you'll just have to wait and see!

I'm excited to see a new chapter of the Vandan series. Always a sucker for gentle giantess stories with a fantasy setting. Interesting that this one focuses on Valerie rather than her kids, who featured in some of the others.

Thanks, I hope you'll enjoy this one too! I felt that Valerie didn't get enough time in the other stories, since they focused more on the kids, which kinda pushed her to the side. I also wanted to see more of her and Alban starting out on their own.

I'm very happy you enjoy these stories, and I hope you'll like this new one as much as the older tales! I will try and not take too long between chapter updates, which has always been a problem for me in the past, but seeing how much people like this story and its chracters does help to motivate me.
