She's steadily been trying her best to unlearn everything she's known from her time with the Amrita Corporation, and a part of that has been thinking better of herself without being arrogant. Before she considered herself a deity but also a monster at the same time. Now she's trying to reconcile with herself that she's just a person who can make mistakes, but still must make amends for what's she done.

This chapter was a bit on the slow side. I feel like it's somewhat important since it lets us peek a little into how Jisoo's life with her mother has been going. I just feel like the last 2 chapters have been kind of light on plot progression. Still perfectly enjoyable, I'm just impatient about what's to come.

Unfortunately this chapter was pushed out a bit prematurely due to some personal stuff (I mentioned it on the website discord server but my apartment had a bad fire) and this was already after a delay due to work. I always want to at least get something out within two weeks to avoid a dreaded permanent hiatus, but I definitely agree the story has slowed down a bit from the endless cliff-endings from earlier chapters. Mostly because Jisoo has been working on her healing process, while Eren and Maeve are now doing their tricks to stay hidden.
Things definitely will start to pick up pretty soon as we are sort of approaching the conclusion, I think we'll likely finish with around 70-75 chapters or around that general ballpark. There is only one more major story arc for Eren and Jisoo's love story before things switch focus to other stories, likely within a series but we'll see! A lot can change.
