WOW! I've read these first ten chapters in one sitting. And I've got to tell you...it is excellent!
You've written this so skillfully, I didn't even know this was set in the 22nd century till you used an actual numerical date! Which makes the use of a technocratically unified Asia twice as brilliant. Making your story feel like the screenplay for some cyberpunk anime feature. (a la the original "Ghost In The Machine").

Thank you so much! That's a lot of reading to do in one sitting, this story is reaching a pretty good length by now so that's super impressive.
I think a lot of people were a bit taken aback when they realized the time period this story takes place in since it was not stated at the very beginning, but I think that's a more natural way to immerse people into the world so I am glad it was not confusing and you actually liked the way it was written in!

It hasn't been that long but I'm already starting to dislike Claire as a person. Reffering to Eren as "it" was all I needed. When it comes to Thomas I could sort of see where he's coming from since he's clueless about what his sister did to get beat up, but I doubt he'd care about it If he knew. He doesn't strike me as someone who cares about speck rights, so I am still hoping that he fails in his revenge quest and gets what's coming to him. I just want Tae and Eren to be happy. The suspense about what's going to happen next is killing me, but I'm hoping that Thomas and Claire are on the losing end.

Thomas definitely sees Alice with rose-tinted glasses, so anything bad she does he would most certainly try to justify. As for his views on specks we will have to wait and see! As for if Tae and Eren get a happy ending after all this, who can tell? Thank you for the feedback!

Claire's probably realizing that not only is she working off the record, but she's inadvertenly kicked a hornets nest owned by an influential billionaire (trillionaire?), and making Thomas if not herself as well "disappearing" a real possibility. I think part of what will seal Thomas's fate is his reaction to Tae letting Eren give his testimony of what Alice and her friend were doing to him to that night and how Tae saved his life and if his response is "so what you're just a speck"? Claire's already earned a red card for calling him an it and could very well be killed in front of Thomas depending on how thorough Grace wants to clean out the problem characters. I wonder if/when Tae reveals she shrank and killed Alice to Thomas, it would be the last chance for a "she's still alive and I'm drawing her death out" twist. Also how much of her underworld she exposes Eren to. Will she have him tell Thomas what he went through while still shielding him from the truth of what she did afterwards and what her sister is going to do to Thomas and Claire?
My plot crafting has me suspecting Grace will be the one dealing with him instead of Tae. I think she's going to threaten the cop into forgeting everything and that she was never with Thomas. Then she may tell Tae she's going to deal with him since he did come a split second within slugging her in the head. I suspect that the female bodyguard who curbstomped him will be tasked with shrinking and/or killing him but Thomas may pull off killing the bodyguard and her accomplices instead and having an escapade to get to Tae and Eren again for revenge-bugaloo after learning Alice is dead.

With the inflation already established a trillionaire is definitely a safer bet. Claire and Thomas both have their own problems in Tae's book, that's for sure. The female bodyguard you mentioned does have a role, let's see how that develops! : )
