It seems he missed out on quite an adventure with Samantha. I don't understand why he ran away. If he didn't, he would probably still be alive also.

And I think Samantha shouldn't have killed the two. Now she is a murderer and the police will come and arrest her.

I like it how this story doesn't start with a bullshit wedding story with basically nothing in it that most writers would think to be absolutely necessary to understand the story. Thank you for that!

Maybe if he knew she could shrink people, he wouldn't have left.  That seems like a pretty solid incentive to stay around.

Arrest her for what?  It's just two more missing people, an open and shut case, really.  She may be a person of interest in their disappearance, but there's very little evidence against her.

Haha, thanks.  I like to get right to the action, and a few pages of a bad wedding and a time skip seemed superfluous.
