I wanted to let you know, despite the fact that no reviews have been left, before now, I had read this and been patiently waiting for the next chapter. My patience is expired X) I need a new chapter!
You're definetly on the list of anytime I see your name pop up I automatically check out your new stories and even though this is only your second one I have not been disappointed.
First, thumbs up to you. I can imagine where this is going but elven girls? As with the last story, still a plus. And you snuck in a redhead. You're killing me smalls. XD
This story, similar to the last one, provides an intrguing scenario with some interesting worldbuilding. I'm assuming both stories take place in the same world. If so then this one is managing to flesh out a lot of the unseen stuff from the last one, everything a good sequel should do (without officially being a sequel). If it doesn't (take place in the same world) it still is doing a pretty good job of setting up a world where these Imperial forces are more than dubious and not probably an insignificant amount of people have needed Abigail's help. I'm interested to see where you take the conflict here, forming many theories right now.
As for feedback only two criticisms I can offer right now. One is slow down a bit. I was very much enjoying seeing Edith get used to her new environment. The dialogue felt like it had a place to be and was rushing to get there and I kind of felt we skipped a bit between her Vesna and Abigail. Also, make sure you have the correct tense. This one is small (didn't see it much) but there was a tense change at the end that kind of threw me.
Other than that, really excited to see a new story from you so soon and eagerly anticipating new additions. Keep up the good work! I will always be reading even if I'm not dropping reviews (But I'll try and give you feedback as much as possible as that is the lifeblood of writers). ;)
Author's Response:
Hey there! I'm glad you've enjoyed the prologue, I didn't intend on making people wait so long, however I fell ill and couldn't write anything, I'm better now and expect the new part very soon!
