Good story. Fairly well written.
I would have liked it even more if it had been longer - and even more, if it was told from the perspective of the people at the carnival.

BTW, in the 6th to last paragraph, it should be "making its ascent up the large hill". The cart rapidly descended the other side of the hill. "descent" means to go down.

Please do more stories in the future.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review of my first posted story. rnrnI agree that it seems a bit too short and that a lot more could have been done with it. I admit to rushing it a bit, which obviously led to some embarrassing spelling and grammatical errors, but oh well.
