Great chapter. Your descriptions for both the battle and Gesila losing control and gobbling down the monster were both on point. I was clearly able to form a picture in my mind. Sucks that she doesnt get to have much human interaction. Thats only gonna cause her to potentially go AWOL at some point.

Was waiting for the third chapter to review. This story is awesome, and not just because i'm a sucker for Pacific Rim or Military fiction. Okay that might have somehting to do with it. But seriously, well written/likeable characters, slow but steady build-up, legitimate stakes.
Keep it up my man.

A well-written story with believable characters and plot that actually matters!
Given that the first two chapters give off a prologue-like vibe, I will refrain from grading yet, but you have definitely gotten my attention. Please, keep up the good work!

Liking it so far. Gesila is interesting, kinda sassy but not a total bitch. Kinda sucks shes basically trapped until her next fight and stuck with basically just AI to talk to.
