What a lovely story. I especially enjoyed the final bits, when it becomes evident he's going to vanish. It's almost a shame he didn't stop shrinking at half an inch tall. Even though they wouldn't be able to have the same fun with him as they did earlier, I'm sure they would enjoy his company and he would enjoy their care and protection. What more can a shrinkee ask for than owners as gentle and fun as those? Needless to say, ten stars.

I read this from my hotel room at SizeCon on my phone and couldn't figure out how to work the damn thing to post a review. Technology.
Anyway, I loved everything about this. Couples content is my jam and you knocked it out the park. I really enjoyed the sort of wink-wink nudge-nudge between the couple as our hero began his descent. "You simply must come home with us!" "Oh yes, we wouldn't want anything bad happening to you! You simply must!"
Also really liked how despite the situation being so ludicrously sad, (I mean you just find someone to love and they shrink out of existance?) the three of them were able to relish in and find happiness in the fact that they got to enjoy their time together to the absolute fullest. Usually when someone's shrinking out of reality in one of these stories it's a terrifying, or sad ending. This one felt happy and I liked it.
It also really helped that my name is James.

I love the idea of the absent-minded toying with tiny people. My one suggestion is an alternate ending where they put him someplace intimate to shrink down, instead of on the table, but I like it, otherwise!

Lovely to see something new from you. I was actually thinking not too long ago what a shame it was you hadn't put anything up in a while.
I admit I'm a bit more partial to your stories where the shrinkee(s) are smaller (ie: less than a foot tall) for longer in the story but obviously this was a commission. A few authors here and you especially have given me a definite appreciation for giant couples stories even if they're not precisely my cup of tea, so kudos there. Hope to see more from you sometime.
