I was under the impression the agreement was not to let Nancy touch him or something like that, but it's one of the few parts of the story I'm NOT rereading, so I'm probably wrong. Still, that he stayed calm after "Did that bother you?" is amazing, he could have at least asked that she keeps Nancy away from him period rather than building a blacklist of things she won't do AFTER she's done them at least once - or if it doesn't work, use a whitelist: agree that Nancy is allowed x,y,z and nothing else.
Still shocked.

The agreement is more that Nancy won't do what she did to him at the end of TO6 again; she's still cleared to play with him. Scott just decides to pick his battles

As per usual, fantastic work. Your knack for tracing the edge of exactly what the reader THINKS he wants to happen is uncanny.
The incestuous undertones run so strongly throughout the entire series, but they never quite push beyond the simple brush of a mother or sister's toes or tongue against the member of someone who can't quite tell if they want it or not. The tension is enough to make one dizzy.

Maggie does seem to have matured some from what I remember she used to be like. I had a thought while reading this I haven't had before with Maggie. What shoe size does she actually wear? Great stuff as always!

I tend to cheat Maggie's shoe size a bit depending on the needs of the story, but probably about a 6 (don't quote me)

It would be interesting if Judy/Maggie made him give more tongue baths. Also, I wouldn't mind reading a Nancy spin-off. Maybe Judy has some interns that get out of line and Nancy is in charge of punishment. Just a random thought, I know you have a lot of projects, so just throwing that out there. Thanks for the great chapter and stories, I wish I could write as descriptively as you do.

Indeed it would, though Scott probably wouldn't agree. I'm open to a Nancy spinoff someday, though right now you're right that I have a lot going on the site

Great to see Nancy is back! (even if, Nancy is back, a long time without Maggie... too good to be true, it must be a trap) Nancy's always glad to be back. Judy does remember the agreement with Scott, but that doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't define some of the terms differently than he does. And we'll hear a little more about this woman in coming chapters. Nice catch on the typo.
About Nancy, I really really hope Ms Stevens remembers her agreement with Scott.
In the meantime, I'll wait to see what's so special about this woman that Judy would actually let him out of the house with her(!)
PS: "beyond which that which" - I'm partially confident it's a typo, but I'm also too tired to be certain :)

I've been a huge fan of screwing with the terms of punishment since good ol' "Suspended in 2133"(*), so I love this chapter just for that.
Surprising to see CGI for training - acting for educational videos would be a great demonstration that rehab is working, they're robbing tinies of a precious chance to prove they've changed for the better :)
(*) And I still maintain that the reason we didn't get to hear how long it's going to be for Scott is that he was daydreaming while the judge told him, but I'll admit he must have found out by now.

The rules of punishment do have some similarity with that story. That's a good point you raise about using real tinies, but the producers may have alternate goals, like wanting users to view the tinies as just that liiittle bit less human
At this point in the series, Scott will have the possibility of release in one year from this point, but it's up to the results of his next review.
