I was going to say that if you aren't careful, people are going to start demanding another "What If" novella based on the "Forever Hers" Chapter 7 alternate alternate timeline when you finish this one.
But it occurs that the current one is sort of the necessary "conversion" point. If it had gone the Chapter 7 way, Carly wouldn't have gotten that taste of sadism that Jack was conditioned to need. There would be foot and mouth play, sure, but it would have been a more loving dynamic between relative equals, without Carly's deification.
I mean, if given a choice, would Jack really go back and do it over, consenting from the start? Or were those years under her heel necessary for each sibling to acknowledge just how much they were getting out of their respective roles, the one that God in his grace corrected for them?

I was glad to hear you bring this up, because this perspective is actually something I was wondering if people would catch onto. The what-ifs are up to readers, of course, but I have to agree with you that the current what-if is only able to happen the way it does (sadism, deification, etc) because of the difficult years the characters went through first. This chapter is meant to represent Jack's wishful thinking that he'd come around much sooner, but he can't quite see either that he is the way he is because of that time.

Not necessarily by Carly... I see you want to show Carly's soft side... Don't really mean a lot of resistance... Maybe another Giantess... Maybe one story or even a part... Like he gets lost... Something of that sort. If that's not your plan... Then I will wait for the next series , when you continue with the first series. (^-^)...

I see what you mean. I won't rule anything out (because I'm not totally sure where this will end up), but this story is 99% focused on the sick but gentle vibe.

Great chapter, I'm grateful to see a quick update. I love the direction you've taken with this story and Jack and Carly's relationship, the sort of twisted and sick affection they have for each other is great. The plan of having Jack purposefully close by his family in Carly's sock or shoe is pretty devious and fits well with the direction, very well done. As always the goddess/slave dynamic is really well done too. Glad to see you back in action, can't wait to read more.

I'm digging it. I love your stuff, the MTO series is a favorite and also a frustration to me (Judy doesn't do as much in later ones physically to her son). This particular alternate universe series is cool. I like this better than the standard canon for some reason. I think I always imagine Carly with man feet, lol. It's the athlete thing. Thanks much. I've noticed from what you've posted on the site that we share some common subject interests; I intend to sit down and read more of your stuff at some point, as the bit I've seen so far I enjoyed.
Glad you like the TO series. Judy's lessened physical torment on Scott in the later stories is something I heard from a lot of people, and I do plan to address it in future stories.
And hopefully Carly's larger than average feet aren't a turn-off. They're definitely meant to be imagined in that powerful athlete way while still being feminine.

I, for one, am absolutely loving this direction. Sure, the implication of giving up your free will and humanity is still hanging grimly in the air above our little protag, but the way you write this chapter with such sensuous detail makes it such an endearing and comfy read.
I can almost hear Nina Simone singing "Just in Time" in my head while this chapter played on.
Anyway, again, welcome back. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff, however long it'll take. <3

I'm glad you feel that kind of tone. My main goal with this story is to introduce the kind of comfort and synonymous affection that the other Blackmails can't have.

I'm amazed at how much I like Carly when Jack is a willing participate in her general treating of him.
Also I can't believe I forgot Carly was 5'11" and played basketball. It was just hard for me to focus on certain aspects of this series because Carly's character is so offputting to me.

Hehe. She's turning out to be a much different kind of person in this story. I like to sometimes bring up her height to remind that she's practically a giantess even as a normal sized person.

Just have to wonder what's going to happen when Carly gets a boyfriend. I have a feeling Jack's life will change dramatically, and not necessarily for the better. She'll give Jack less attention, perhaps toss him aside in a shoebox. I'm not sure Jack could handle it, since essentially, Carly is his entirely life now.

Amazing how heartwarming a scene like this can be when you take out the usual anguish and heartbreak. Much respect for your ability to do both so wonderfully. I'm surprised she's not being more forceful with him, even if he's already conceded.

Thanks very much. Never thought I'd hear a Carly scene referred to as "heartwarming." We'll see more of the more forceful Carly in later chapters. The idea here was to show that she can be tender, once she's become absolute queen of this two-person empire.

Great second chapter, I feel like you have once again captured both characters and their interactions with each other very well. Hoping to see more foot worship stuff from the coming chapters, you write foot content amazingly well, especially with these two, and I'd love to see more. As for bringing in other slaves/shrunken people for Carly, since other readers brought it up, I think you should just keep it Carly and Jack. For me, this series as a whole is about Carly and Jacks relationship and interactions with each other mentally, physically, emotionally, etc. They're the crux of the series, especially now that they have accept each other's positions in this alternate-verse story, so I don't think it would be a good idea to add other shrinkies. But hey, that's just my two cents, you're an excellent author and I trust where you will take this story. As always, can't wait to read the next one.

As for whether we'll see Carly with other tinies, I won't necessarily say we won't see other characters appear in future chapters, but I agree that Carly and Jack are the crux of everything, and I wouldn't necessarily alter that just for the sake of it.
