Ahhhhhhh! So, Pyrrha might be a long-lost sister of Samantha's? If so, the Society has a lot more to answer for than just the original world-wide shrinkage. Enslavement through genetic engineering?!
Shades of Dr. Moreau!

Ah! Good to know. Thanks for clarifying. :-)

I cannot believe how powerful that scene was with Jacob when he sees his father's smile from what we can only assume is his death bed. Actually that whole scene with Samantha and later Kimberly were up there with my top favorites of the shrink act series.
As far as the syringe, I hope that means what I think it means. But even if it does, I think Jacob deserves Derek's laser gun.

PS
Don't know why but I never considered Alice a traitor but now that she is all I can think about is how Isabella almost met her end in Angela's maw.
Author's Response:
I'll admit that got me choked up a bit when writing it. As for the other part... we'll have to see.
Technically, she has been a traitor to the Society for awhile now, just that they didn't know she was still alive. Sadly, she STILL doesn't know Isabella is dead and that Sanders was the one she was protecting back when she thought she was trying to find Isabella.

Whoa! This plot twist doesn't bode well.
Author's Response:
What plot twist? If its that last part, remember that is from the Society's point of view. So yes, Alice is a traitor to the SOCIETY, not to the Resistance.

It's gonna be sad when this story ends. I won't really have a reason to come back to this site anymore.
Author's Response:
There are other stories around worth reading. Granted most are of the violent nature, but there are a few more story focused ones.

Hey-hey! :-)
Welcome back. You've provided us (or, me, at any rate) quite an opening for volume three. And I, for one, thank you for it, immensely.
Author's Response:
Good to be back.
