The bad news is that I haven't read the story yet, so this comment is pointless. But the good news is that technically the film "It's a Wonderful Life" is in the public domain, so you can completely avoid copyright infringement if you were inspired (read: insane) enough to have it published and sold.
Or at least I believe so. Anyway, this comment was pointless.

Sorry, the story is off to a rough start as I've had a lot of issues pop up in my life recently, and this just sort of slipped my mind. I am looking into returning sometime within the next few days.

The chapter wasn't as long as it could've been, but I won't go into detail about it because you hate that kind of stuff and so do I when people comment on my story.
Saying that I feel that this story is leading up to something good...... I'll keep my eye on this one.

As for the length of the chapter, I dislike long chapters as it's hard for me to drone on and on about the same thing constantly. It just puts me to sleep. Although I will try to lengthen the chapters starting with the next one.
