Another extraordinary chapter!
I like Katie's did not start to feel sorry for Tom after pulling him out. I am very glad Tom was just dreaming.
So Tom had a lucid dream. It means he was aware of dreaming and probably he also could control the dream into certain extent. It looks he enjoyed that dream - being tethered to the crop and face-down stroked against her ass (which is a beautiful scene).
