An accident about grandpa? Where are you taking us Duggernaut? You could have just made a simple "someone stole the shrinking machine" scene and that might make more sense.
Right now. I'm in the dark. Obviously I see a connection between Tom and his grandpa and how the shrinking has caused some effects post enlargement. I just wonder if Tom will be tiny again and maybe this is the way it's going to be.
I don't think Grampa Tom is dying, or close to dying. His unconscious state will eventually pan out and resolve itself on its own. Perhaps, he will even shrink. (Crosses fingers.)
I have another idea. Since Tom feels worse and worse as the day goes on, maybe by the time he reaches Miss Harwood's class, he shrinks! By the way, she was available for tutoring Wednesday.
Interesting turn of events. I can't wait for the next chapter!

One small typo. You wrote "spend an entire say in her panties" when it should be "day".
But otherwise. What a chapter!
Best part was the wordplay with Miss Harwood. I mean. My goodness! I did not expect that. I would've exploded right there. She even squeezed his shoulder to show that she has control over him.
Also, yes! Tutoring! 1 on 1! I always been asking this and I can't wait for it! Maybe Miss Harwood will shrink him to help him out with other things.
As for what happened at the end. Let me guess. Grandpa's shrink machine is gone. :) That's what Tess is trying to say. And let me guess who took it. That's right. The sexy Miss Harwood. Her cunning plan was to confuse Tom with her sexy yoga class but it was actually a lie and she couldn't tutor him becuase today, she was stealing the machine, ready to shrink Tom tomorrow. I'm calling it.
Miss Harwood will strike back and this time, keep him, in her groove. :)

I can see it, now. Tom has that sub-atomic relapse his grandfather (sort of) hinted at. He's found by Tatiana, who consequently smuggles him off-campus as one of those fetish dolls. Upon getting far enough away, she exchanges him for an envelope crammed with hundred-dollar bills handed over by either Serena (acting on Mrs. Lindholms' behalf) or Janine's sister, Jessie (who then smuggles him back to her college sorority).*

Well, the answer clearly is Tom needing to shrink back down again. It's obvious that it is his destiny and he has to do something about it.

I know what's wrong. He is addicted to pussy and he ain't getting it. He has an addiction problem and he is suffering without it.
All the girls know how to cheer him. Tom just doesn't know that sex is what makes him feel better.
Interesting how open Janine is. I remember in the beginning of the story, Janine despised Tom despite his grin that he threw at her. Now she wants him. Awesome turn of events, having the prettiest girl in school go after you.
I think Tom needs to rest in bed and let some girl do all the action next time. Then, Tom can take control next time. Maybe, we can see some hot after school action, like those stories you hear all the time like some guy is doing it with a teacher in the closet or something.
Man, I want Granmps to stay. He seems so joyful and his enthusiasm toward shrinking is incredible. It's like when you have a fantasy and you find someone with the same fantasy and you share ideas.
