Titans must feel so akward, because there are so few of them and they stand out. That must give an uncomfortable feeling. At the same time it must feel strange to be so big and strong. Do they realise that they are never in physical danger like normal people. No animal, car accident, train accident, collapsing building can hurt them. Mountains look like hills to them. Their perception of the world is so much different than normal people. The Titans who travel with normals somewhere must often forget how dangerous the world is to normal humans. I like this strange Titan world and like to know more about it.
About this chapter. Patricia is just being horrible again. It would be funny when Cassie confronts Patricia

Titans in the US are kind of a minority but there are countries out there where Titans are the majority. Most of the Middle East consists of Titan women and their normal sized men. Its less strange than you think though, the first generation would have been strange since they were the true giants of the world but now its just an everyday thing, nothing too special. They can be hurt by trains, Titan trains do exists and there are buildings capable of hurting them if it collapsed. Most Titans undergo mandatory training , where they learn how to be around the other sizes and how dangerous it is to them if they aren't careful.
You'll learn more about this world in future stories , I guarentee it. The world you're seeing in the stories released so far is only a glimpse , not a true representation of it.

Vgiv's review brings up a good point. Cassie could have easily mushed someone while not paying attention to her surroundings. Do Titans share hallways with Normals and Amazons? Thats like an accident waiting to happen! At 1265 tons, Cassie could obliterate a Normal underfoot without even noticing!

Titans occupy their own wing of the school and have their own classes although their teachers may be of a different size than them. There is nothing to really stop Normals and Amazons from ever using Titan hallways although they are strongly advised to use their own and only move on to a Titan one if there is a need to do so. Accidents do happen and its usually negligence on both parties but they are rare these days unlike in the past when society was still trying to deal with the 3 sizes and not always in a good way.

A Titan can't always look out , but nothing happened but if Patricia got squished most people would probably keep her shoe as a memento, put it up on a pedestel or something.

Good chapter! I can see that Cassie really seems to have a thing for Alvin, and we've all seen how terrifying she can be when people cross her, I wonder what she'll do to Patricia if she gets her giant hands on her? Oh ho ho, I'm looking forword to that!
Sucks about the pause from updates on this story, honestly I can safely say this is the best story you've ever written: the amount of reviews on this proves my point. I hope you don't abandon these characters after you finish this story, I'd love a sequel to this too.

I definitely didn't expect to cross 200 reviews here and if you want to see them again, I definitely didn't plan on only having them in one story, you'll see characters again but I won't tell you to what extent. They could be leads or even a quick cameo, you'll have to wait for Phase 2 of my stories!
I love this story and I honestly want to keep improving so hearing you say this is my best is encouraging stuff.
As to what Cassie could do to Patricia, she'll do a lot of things to here if Patricia had been seen in this chapter!That gives me an idea....

No Osama is a little worse than Patricia. ;) Patricia wants to steal money from her children. When someone steals from their children to satisfy an addiction as if it is the most normal thing in the world, than they are truly lost. She clearly doesn't want children, but pure slaves where she has to put as little effort into loving them as possible. Not a shred of guilt or shame for her actions.

Nice little talk between Cass and Wendy. And Patricia is not even remotely thinking about her kids, i take back all the symphathy I had for her in previous chapters, shes horrible! Im sure she will try to win Alvin back somehow but what if that fails? She wouldnt be bad enough to try to kill Alvin for the money would she? Shes a terrible person but that doesnt necessarily mean shes a killer...I hope.

Great Chapter! It was comidic how fast and positive Cassie's response to Alivin and Wendy staying over was! It really was like she was waiting for a call from him, I wonder if she knew about their predicament beforehand somehow? Anyway, Wendy is really beating herself up isn't she?
Part of me thinks she deserves to feel bad as punishment for how she treated Alvin up till now, but mostly I just hope she gets over it. I guess her friends flaking on her took a toll on her too? She can't just assume they said "no" to be mean though, more than likely they had reasons why they couldn't house them.
Anyway, it sucks about the less frequent update schedule in the future but real life comes first...

Nah, Cassie knew nothing until the call came in. She's just being a very good friend, that is all.
Wendy isn't in the best state of mind at the moment, she'll get over it.
I should still able to update but just less frequent, maybe every 3 weeks or so. I just don't think it will be weekly now that school is back. A little disappointed I didn't finish the story by now though, had hoped for that.

Speaking of which, to avoid lenghty waits between updates, if I don't respond to any of your emails within a day, 24 hours, just post the chapter without my reply from now on. Besides, if there is anything series breaking, lore shattering or huge errors of some sort, I am positive a simple edit or a reviewer will let you know before I could. You know the series well enough to not make mistakes casually.
By the way, why is there a big gap at the end of the chapter?
