It's a great short story, could be drawn out into several more detailed chap's, but you allowed the reader to experience the 'first-time', along with her, as she selected her first captive, and even gave her reasons for 'choosing' that particular victim.
Her blackmail tactic, even more devious, forcing her tiny helpless mortal man to choose his own life- to ultimately be given to her as a sacrifice.....Willingly!

I really hope you made Chelsea out to be an unlikable character, because I'm really hating her right now. Her kind of person brings nothing but trouble to those undeserving of it. If she wins, I'll be very upset!
