One of the side effects in the Rebalancing universe is a tendency for one woman to use her shrunken partner as a means to make love to another. An author named "Max ap" invented the concept in a story set in the universe called "Future Dating." Hecalls the second woman the "assistant."

Again, I have to say that I love all the possibilities this premise offers--comedy, tragedy, requited & unrequited love in a number of differents forms, etc.--depending on the couple, or group of individuals, you choose to concentrate on. (Well, that--and it's also a world where sex never gets boring.)
