I hate to dissappoint you but the "to be continued" part at the end was also written by six-inch-dildo.  I can't remember when this story was published, could have been anywhere between 4 and 8 years ago - back when giantess.com was still flourishing - please see description.  Glad you enjoyed it as much as I did though.
