Waking up in her mouth/throat and the use of the mirror are two great scene ideas.

He's called David SMALL, and he "shrank into the lower deck/???" in chapter 1. Great puns,be they intentional or not.
Is there a reason you chose the 1953 setting? To me it combines great elements of film noir imagery in my mind with gts vore.
Ian Fleming was a nice touch too. Casino Royale (his first) came out in 1953.
Roald Dahl couldn't have done better than this.

As soon as I saw the name Pope Eddie (author of How Mrs Ryder ate Peter), I knew I had to read this.
Hopefully Mrs Swan's mouth won't smell of cigarettes at the potent moments no doubt coming up in this yarn. I'm off to chapter 2.
