Well, as soon as you finished the story, I read it from start to finish, and it was definitely an emotional journey. I really enjoyed following the adventures of Nila and the others, and I truly appreciated both the setting and the characters.

This is basically what I like to call one of those "once in a blue moon" style stories.
A story where the author puts a LOT of effort and passion into something.
The descriptions of the situations happening, the setting and characterizations of the main characters are well done and flushed out enough to make you interested as well.
Tho mostly a gentle narrative story, the cruelty was done very well too.
Honestly, I should have read this one before it became so long at 25 chapters. Reading through them all in one day was a challenge lol.
You don't find this kind of writing on a fetish based website very often and it's very much appreciated.

Thank you for your review, and apologies for my belated reply.
I had a lot of fun writing this story, especially when it came to world-building and crafting the characters, and it's nice to hear that other people enjoyed it too. I had some difficulty getting the pace right, but I strove for realism (as much as possible) and tried to make every character a believable person. I enjoyed the whole process, and I think I learned a lot about what I did well versus what I didn't do quite so well across the story.

Okay. There's a lot to talk about after binge reading all of this. I'll settle with this. Well written. Interesting cast of characters, especially the northern women, who all have their faults and motivations, making them far more interesting. And the events from different POV's were really engrossing to follow.
But other than that, I'm really hoping for a satisfying/happy end. Nila got screwed over a lot in this story, and while its a good book, I'll probably come away from this despressed as fuck if things can't be resolved decently.
It's weird to say that in a primarily fetish story, but the time and effort it took to read this compared to most stories required a significant amount of investmant and thought. So, yeah, I care, but I just hope all that energy/time spent caring isn't wasted.
As of now, things are looking grim. Still, 10 out of 10.

Yeah, I admit that this story does require a bit of a buy-in, and I've done my best to respect the reader's time by keeping everything as coherent and lean as possible, without rushing or sacrificing parts of the plot. Regardless of how it ends, I do intend to bring it to a conclusion and bring some closure.
