I'd have marked some points off on the rating due to various technical flaws in the story as some others have pointed out, such as issues coming about as a result of the translation from Hebrew into English as you said. I don't know if you're a native English speaker or if its a second language to you or what, but the writing could be better had it not lost out due to the translation.

Now that being said, I see that the story is being massive review bombed by SJWs, and so even though I don't consider it to be a flawless story by any means, I'm giving you a 10 anyway to try to offset the review bombing somewhat. I just want to clarify on that.

I am a huge fan of the concept of shrunken countries, and these are EXTREMELY rare. That's why I'm not happy that this was review bombed like it was. These SJWs either don't understand or don't care that stories like this are hard to come by as it is, and they sure aren't helping matters any with this negativity and attempts to demoralize those few who dare to write such content.

In spite of all the hate, I hope you will continue this. Think of continuing it as a way sticking it to these people. If you write a part 2 to this, might I suggest that SJWs like these review-bombers end up getting shrunk and end up in Rachel's toilet next time? ;)

Or alternatively (or for Part 3), since this shrinking technology that backfired on Hamas was given to them by Iran, this means that Iran also has this technology. So how about if it backfires on them too, and then Iran gets shrunk and teleported into Rachel's toilet next time around? Or maybe Sarah's toilet? ;)

I won't judge the quality of the story, admittedly the bathroom stuff isn't my thing. I'm just happy that someone using real world conflicts for inspiration. I genuinely don't think it's matters which side the reader is. I hope that someone would also release a story that set in a situation that a Palestinian woman is on top.

I go here to escape reality, and that may sometimes mean reading about people getting killed in the name of the fetish.

Basing it off of a real life genocide is beyond me. This is garbage, trash and should be deleted. Horrible.
