I love how despite how careless Cloe is, she genuinely does seem to care. It's a unique and fun dichotomy. I also like the story in the background that she's met someone while at the gym that she might be interested in. It sets up some foreshadowing that maybe our little hero will end up in the middle of some naughty shenanigans.
I feel like you've put so many little things in this and the last chapter that if love to see expanded on. I feel like there's also juat enough world building you've done to branch into some side stories as well. Like, I'd love to see how some of the even smaller folks are managing, or even if there's any ultra-nano people who have been reduced so small they're considered lost forever. I definitely would love to see how some of the tiny ladies are managing...

Oh she definitely cares about Dylan, but is a bit... flighty and clumsy. Its an adjustment for both of them. And don't worry, we will be checking in on the other tinies sometime fairly soon.

I definitely like where this is going! Poor Steph. I wonder if the implication is she was played with the night prior?
Would love a scene with a girl shrinks uncontrollably until she's microscopic and too small to be seen! Maybe some poor girl thinks she can escape if she gets small enough or an unnoticed nano girl ends up worship her new cellmate who doesn't even know she's there?

The story's off to a good start! Given that Dylan already suspects what caused his shrinking, might be good for him to test it in front of Chloe in a more controlled environment. Obviously embarrassing, but once they know how it works they can have some fun with him being micro.

An excellent start to a series and I look forward to more chapters. I do like the second reduction in size, it gets it down to a persoanl sweet spot. Great descriptions of the enviroment helps keep the reader immersed.
