Man these Tourist stories are getting good! :D
This was a fantastic entry! I love the sense of scale you convey so clearly throughout these two chapters! I'm putting this story on my "Want to See More From" list. Can't wait for Chapter 3!

This is an epic story, and I echo many when I say I can’t wait for more. Especially some wild size disparities (the Indian gods concept floated around is fascinating and exciting).
I’m a New Zealander - where would I rate on the scale? Haha

Love the story so far! Great work!
I think it would be pretty cool if the biggest nation was far, far bigger than the runner-up. Like if Russia or China were not just “taller” than Americans but were comparatively many miles tall. Maybe Russia claimed a portion of the moon during the Space Race, and now they’re big enough to step on entire American cities or even smaller countries in one go. Russian tourists could be exceptionally rare but cause nations to go into DEFCON 1 when they arrive or something.
I dunno, I know you’ll cook something great. Can’t wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response:
That sounds crazy haha, I can see the appeal though…
Thank you!

Another solid chapter. I wonder where this story will take us.
Thank you for writing it!
ps. Maybe Russia fell apart into different smaller states.
Author's Response: That'd be great... if I wanted them not to be absolute titans. I'm sure the American readers would appreciate having someone capable of making them feel small... ;)

Story is amazing lol keep up the great work. Are Cecilia nails unpainted too?
Author's Response:
I guess they aren’t! If I don’t describe the contrary, assume toenails don’t have any polish ;)

Great second chapter, been loving this story so far. Makes me want to get back to writing
Author's Response:
The GOAT themselves!!! Hearing this from such a giant of this site makes me happier than anything! It’d be great to see you back in the saddle, your stuff was incredible and super inspiring. Also your stories are the first size media I’ve ever seen acknowledging the existence of Catalonia. As a Catalan I feel really seen (well, if my tiny size makes me visible at all, hehe). Can’t help but wonder what you’ll cook next! Again, thank you so much!!

Wow this story is amazing!
I like the tourists series in general and in this case how small these Belgians feel!
thank you for writing it.
Author's Response:
Thank you for reading it! I really missed the tinies POV in these stories. Considering my tastes it's probable that I'll explore that more than the giant's POV (which doesn't mean I won't go there!), and hopefully people from less known countries!

The tourists is one of my favorite ideas for a giantess world, and I love the way you write this. I love how you describe her appearance with the ID as a seemingly ordinary girl, then contrast it with her massive sandal and booming voice, really great stuff. Would love to see some kinda height comparison, comparing the relative heights of every nationality and seeing who's the biggest and the smallest. How big do you think the biggest and smallest would be compared to each other?
Author's Response:
First of all, I feel supper flattered knowing you liked this! Your stories are incredible (especially Towering Peaks and Shrunken Suburban Survivor, hope they continue someday!). About the ID badge detail, I’m really happy you liked it. One of the things that gives me a bigger kick about the tourists thing is the ordinary being godly for the tinies. And about these size comparisons… oh man. If we stick to the rule of proportionality, the results are insane. Technically, the smallest country in the world is the Vatican City, where tiny Belgians Jean and Leah would stand even taller than in Monaco, at a mind-boggling 124km, dozens of times higher than mount Everest! That, though, is nothing compared with the Russians, the biggest in the world, who would tower 68.400km over the microscopic priests and nuns. That’s almost the same as planet Jupiter’s radius. I think these little guys are believing in the wrong deity. I don’t know if I will stick to this rule 100% because of this insane differences, but we’ll see how it goes!

Or even if a Bollywood actress visits Maldives where they would be absolutely titanic.
Author's Response:
Wow, probably the whole islands could fit on this actress’ sole!

Some tiny people visiting India would be a really nice scenario.
Author's Response:
That sure is a lot of feet to avoid!

I love these tourist stories, and you found a nice unique angle in your take on them here.
I think writing this from the perspective of the natives instead of the tourists helps this really stand out. Honestly, I love reading these from the bigs' perspectives, but this felt so fresh and new, seeing how the natives actually feel about the foreigners instead of just seeing them run to avoid getting stepped on (although there is that too, as we saw with poor Jean). It just adds a little more depth, I think.
Cecila didn't even have to do much and I already love her! There's a certain innocence about her, apologizing to damn-near microscopic people and going about her day, unaware of what's going on in her sandal. I also like how she was talking about boning a dude from a bigger country, as it makes logical sense for her to be into someone that size and this is the sort of thing that usually gets left out of these stories. I'm stoked that you mentioned possibly doing a part two for this. I don't know if that means more Cecilia or if we'll see other guests from the conference causing inadvertent (or maybe even a little intentional) chaos in the tiny state.
Also, to read that you're thinking of mixing things up and having some tiny tourists visiting larger countries is awesome! I'll admit to being more partial to the bigs doing their thing in tiny lands, but I love the idea of showing the other side of that as well! Again, it's nice to get a fresh take on things!
Oh, by the way, the actual giantess content was fantastic, too! You sold Cecilia's size so well, even before we saw her. From talking about her stomping a whole field to making it clear how ridiculously huge her sandal and lanyard were to the tiny graduates-to-be to even how large the American would be in comparison to the larger visitors they get from other European nations. And the way you described her walking, with Leah helplessly trapped in her toe print? Beautifully done!
So yeah, great work! I hope you keep at it, and if so, I'm really interested to see else what you come up with!
Author's Response:
Wow thanks for the kind words! It really means a lot to me. It’s true that I am partial to the tinies perspective, maybe I’ll go for the giant’s POV someday, but I just love the existential dread the tinies feel when dealing with uncaring and condescending giants. I also love that you appreciated Cecilia’s size build up, I really dig the idea of a mere lost sandal and a lanyard causing incredible inconveniences to the tiny people. I’ll try to keep at it (that means a little more Cecilia in the future!)

Really good first chapter! Looking forward to seeing what other people from other countries interact with each other. Personally I'd like to see some tourists from a smaller country visit India who's residence I imagine are probably massive and maybe have them unaware of really tiny tourists with interactions involving their feet or other parts of their bodies?
Author's Response:
That’s actually a neat idea! India is after all pretty big, maybe some British being humbled at the feet of giant hindi gods after all their colonial past (though if my math is right they should he like ankle high to them, maybe I’ll look for some even smaller country…)

I love stories set in this kind of size-based tourists universe, and this is no exception, great start! If this is an anthology would be cool to see how big Russians are, they must be twice the size of Americans!
Author's Response:
Thanks! Yep, Russians would be approximately twice the size of Americans. I'd be the size of a Russian's toe, but for a Belgian like Leah and Jean... they'd be more than a kilometer high! It really could have been worse...

I really like it!! hope to see more of this, you did great with this chapter
Author's Response:
thank you! I actually planned the Belgium episode to have a second part. It's still coming together in my head, let's hope I can write it soon!

Wow this is absolutely fantastic!!! I'm glad more and more people are warmed up to the idea of "the tourist" genre, keep up the good work!!!
Author's Response:
Duuuude read your stories back in the day and loved them! This means a lot, thank you!!
