If it's the Mom becoming aware, I peppered a couple of breadcrumbs throughout the story to hint she knew. The family will work towards all knowing what's going on.
If it's the 'mistress' then not to worry she's a side character, she's not actually taking full control.

Okay. I really likes this one since Ethan really had more control but I hope you'll let Ethan explain to his mother that his sister was the one at fault for his predicament and not him. He didn't exactly agree so I at least want the sister to get some karma on her and Ethan gets some payback.

There will be some karma coming her way. Planned out the coming arc to bring the stories back together. But I will keep this in mind for after that. You may have just doomed Lily to her own 'revenge' journey.

Enjoying the story, and I can tell you’re a fan of Yougts work, there’s definitely some similarities.
It’d be great if Ethan and his mother’s relationship continues to be explored. It’d be interesting if Margaret (that’s the mom right) got control of his ability to shrink/grow and really took control of him more. Such as shrinking him further and brazenly displaying him to others as part of her jewellery. Or tied him up and while leaving the anonymity function going, regrew him and had ‘regular’ sex with him before shrinking him again.
i also like the fact the you’ve added the mommy kink, though not particularly keen on her activity referring to him as Ethan, and keeping the dad as far removed as possible would be great.
looking forward to more.
Author's Response: There's more content for the mom coming in the future including some without the Dad. But can't promise to keep him away since he has a role to play as well.

Holy crap! 5 new chapters already?! I just finished 2nd chapter but I wasn't a big fan of the mid part of it. I'm glad the other chapters are released early. I'm so glad it's focused again on the siblings and it's so well written. Thank you

Hmm maybe I should use some chapter titles to give hints at content so ppl can skip if they really don't like an aspect of the story. Think chapter 4-5 are the mum's arc but 6 and seven and the next couple after that will be with sis and her friends for the most part.
