Have Delaney change his name so everyone calls him foot bitch. Even he can only remember that as his name! Could also make it so he can only survive off Alexis’s toejam and foot sweat for food. And she can make Alexis taste and smell smile, so he needs Alexis feet to live, and Delaneys too not get withdrawal. He constantly needs their feet for different reasons and Alexis thinks it’s normal.
Chase could try to convince Alexis this isn’t real, but it doesn’t work and she thinks he’s just not well maybe.

So many possibilities with this. You could have her turn him in to her personal face sitting slave/chair once she gets tired of him being the foot slave. She could make him be a cuck and forced to watch his wife have sex with others, or make him watch Delaney have sex and even participate in a cleanup!
If object transformation is on the table, you could turn him into a butt plug, dildo, a condom, panties, etc. I’d love to read any of those chapters for sure!

More ideas. Maybe respond to review to tell me if you like any of them:
- Chase becomes Delaney's toe. Like his face is on the pad of her toe and he feels like the rest of her toe is his "body". He has no real control over anything and just suffers as a toe.
- The girls go to the beach, and Chase is somehow turned into sunscreen and rubbed into Alexis or Delaney's feet.
- Alexis and Delaney paint each other's toenails using Chase as the brush, dipping his head in the nail polish repeatedly.
- Chase wakes up tiny on top of a stick of deodorant, is applied to Delaney or Alexis's armpit before a workout.
- Chase is a living tattoo on the bottom of Delaney's foot.
- Chase is served to Alexis as food somehow. Like he's a pizza topping or turned into a candy or gummy bear or chocolate or whatever. If he's a gummy bear, maybe every time she eats him, he is alive again suddenly as the next gummy bear, and has to endure being swallowed over and over, and maybe Delaney gets to eat him sometimes too.
- Chase is a toothbrush, used to scrub Delaney's teeth.
- Delaney turns Chase into a soccer ball and he is kicked around by her and Alexis, or by some rec team Delaney is on.
