I really like that Evelynn not merely shrank to speck size to infiltrate but used the growing part of her ability too. Letting Elephants loose and a Pudding Flood are ideas I haven't seen before anywhere.

Superior specimens to the traditional criminal, Manipulators were each their own puzzle to crack. What powers did they hold? How did they trigger them? What flaws did their abilities come with, and how best to exploit them? The gears spun as the inspector put the pieces together."

-   I really like this part of Vittoria' thought process. Evelynn is special, yes, but by no means completely unique.

-   I didn't expect the Interpol Inspector to be rather cold 'Manipulator' too though.

-   We present to you: A senseable weakness, that is by no means a dealbreaker.

I am not sure about Tomoe though. At least so far she doesn't seem to serve any purpose.

As english isn't my first language I learned 'comely' & 'gait' from this story btw.

        Overall: Not the most creative set-up but a very creative version of the "Size-changing Cat Thief" motif. Especially that she utilized both shrinking and growing routinely. I am very interested where this story of "Napolitano and Mons" is headed.

Thank you! I've recently gotten into the idea of a woman that can both shrink and grow since I feel a lot of the time characters tend to either do one or the other, and using those powers for thievery sounded fun. I'm also a big fan of fictional power systems, like the stuff you'd see often in shonen manga/anime, so this story gives me an excuse to explore that as well. 

Tomoe is going to remain on the side lines for a bit during the early portions of the story, but she will become much more relevant as the story goes on, intertwined within Evelynn and Vittoria's dynamic and an important part of Evelynn's past. 

Always happy to teach people new words lol. There's some vocab that I've picked up from reading smut too.
