Honestly, adding the name's before the dialogue is distracting, it makes this feel less like a story and more like a scripted outline.
I'd recommend personally not doing that, I've seen other people do it from time to time, and it just breaks the engagement and immersion.
You had some good content and interaction in this chapter, but I couldn't get into it fully due to the name-before-dialogue inclusion.

Interesting first chapter here, you've got a good premise and a great set up, especially with Lana already knowing her kinks/fetishes, so there's no slow burn 'discovery' of what she likes.
Reincarnation/isekai style stories are a great genre, and the fantasy world mixed with size content always is fun to dive into with the various races and fun that can be had with them.
You've established a lot right off the bat here, and can't wait to see where this goes next.
You've done a great job here for your first story, there's some nice descriptions spread throughout. Hope to see plenty more, describing the sight/smell/feel (of the feet XD and other bodily parts) and scale of what she's interacting with/her surroundings adds to the story, it would be great to see more of that going forward as was seen here.
