Fantastic story! Loved the concept of them being twins and the in-shoe peril and torture. 

I wonder if they are fraternal twins or identical twins? If they are identical twins must be terrifying for Jesse to be tortured by her identical twin Mona who looks like a spitting image of herself.

They are indeed identical twins. And that's an interesting concept I probably should've explored a bit more...
