Very great story, i'm loving to see the changes of the husband by making him more childish. A suggestion, what if there are moments where the husband tries to prove to his wife that he's still a smart adult, but then she make questions that in his mind sounds complicated somehow and he is unable to answer well/give very basic wrong answers? Like, some situation to show that his logical capacity is also being affected in a certain way (answering things like a child).
