Something's gotta be up. Sarah questions nothing, so either tiny people who can't talk are common in this world, and/or she knows what happened. She's a total ditz, but not completely stupid, AND she already had clothes ready for Nadia, almost as if she were anticipating something, AND she insisted on taking off the clothes they clearly already had.

This series purposefully avoids answering many logic questions about the shrunken, but there will be major hints in later stories that Sarah understands more than she might show

Even "unrelentingly ditzy" is put to the test here, hard not to wonder if she knows (or suspects) something... I had to remind myself that she sometimes speaks in her sleep to stop thinking about it!

A fair question. Later stories in this series may hint that Sarah comprehends more of what's happening here, despite what she says
