Not sure about August, but maybe September -- maybe. It feels close but I'm not sure. Currently 24 finished chapters with a bunch of unfinished/unformatted material across the entire story. It's been slightly more difficult than the first one because I'm trying some new things.

Thanks for your interest, johnmith! So far the first 9 chapters are done. I plan to start posting once most of the story is finished, so I can stick to a weekly posting schedule, as I did with the first one, and finish the remainder of the story during the weeks I post. Wish I could give you an estimate as to post date, but I can't guess at this stage. But writing output has been pretty consistent so far, so hopefully shouldn't take too long. In the meantime I am happy to give future updates.

I understand wanting to keep Jerry "mouse sized." But your descriptions and imagery of the massive size difference between jerry and Jen in the epilogue were too good. At least consider exploring it.

Thanks for your comment. Writing the size had its own challenges so it was kept to a minimum in this story. There is a sequel coming along now and the epilogue size will be explored in the beginning, in more depth.

I definitely support a sequel, though not with the sizes you teased in the epilogue. I'd hope that was just a nightmare and he's actually still the same size in this. I find the interaction to be perfect in this round. I could see you continuing their relationship and how they evolve as a couple. What would a proposal, wedding plans look like. How would she feel about his fame? I'd imagine more and more news crews would want to get a piece of him. Then of course there's your best character, the vet. I'd want to see her with a bigger role. Perhaps Stuart's relationship didn't work out and he's dropped off with her. I wonder how Jen would react seeing him there with the Vet as her little assistant. All sorts of theories she'd like to test out with him. Could even do a chapter or two with just them. SO many possibilities :)

I appreciate the interest in a sequel! Can't say too much about the plot, but Jerry will be very small briefly in the beginning but in a way that keeps the interaction and content style intact, as much as possible. However, most of the plot events will require him to be at least mouse size again.

Thanks for your feedback. Ch 37 was intended to be the 'true' ending, with the epilogue as a short 'gag' ending, sort of like an 'after the credits' scene in a movie, so people can finish the story at 37 and the epilogue is not essential.

Thank you for spending the time and effort to read it and leave feedback! The story was a lot easier to write than many of my other stories, sometimes felt like I was transcribing a movie I'd just watched, rather than inventing things. I would write it all over again if I could (lucky my harddrive never crashed, so I don't have to). I'm not going to do that, but I am seriously considering writing a sequel as another excuse to return to the story. So we'll see!

Amazing story! But this epilogue is too much of a tease. Will there be a sequel? I personally would love to see this smaller Jerry have to deal with Jennifer's big butt at that scale, lol.
Also, the stuff with Stuart surprised me, I was expecting something to go wrong, but I never imagined he'd cheat on Jennifer like that, good plot twist there, among many others.

Thanks for the review, anonlol, and sorry to leave you hanging! No guarantees but a sequel could happen. I think of Jerry's mouse size being a fixture, and his super small size is a temporary 'glitch' which would need to be corrected for certain story developments. But not before having some fun with it. I'm wary about gratuitous sequels so the plot would need to be right.

Wow. These last 3 chapters had so much happen in them. You took a risk including that much in such a short time, but the risk paid off. The flow is impeccable and the story is better for it. Still can't get over the fact that he finally said the L-word. Huge fan as always and can't wait to see her reaction and of course, Stuart's. I wonder who Stuart was texting? Could it be the ex-girlfriend he reconnected with at the restaurant?

I like that he's back with Jenny again and her possessive attitude. Really enjoy the humliation aspects with her. Hopefully insertion comes into play with her, but this teasing is as equally as good in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback. I never know how people are going to respond to the characters, so it means a lot that people like them and want to see more of them. As for your other concern, I don't really know what to say, so I'll just let this quote from the story speak for itself:

Although the rescue was predictable, I don't think it was meant to be unpredictable. It was awesome and well-earned. I truly hope he tells her how he feels at one point. It's quite clear he gets off on her dominance just as much as she does. In any case. Great job and thanks for being so consistent with this gem. Hope to see it continue, I'll certainly be here to read :)

I appreciate your kind feedback. There was going to be a scene where Jennifer confronted Samantha and rescued Jerry. But it raised all kinds of problems and I had to drop it. It also cheated the story out of a proper reunion. In the drawer, Jerry is in no condition to have a reunion with anyone, and seeing Jennifer again needed to have a big impact.
The entire story is planned out so things will get resolved; this is not going to be one of those stories that just continues endlessly without resolution.

Welp, called it. Jerry didn't take any precautions in having trusted people or social workers knowing where he lived and if he's being treated well and now he's trapped with a cruel mistress. Here's hoping the party idiots social media posts or Natalie turning over his dating app information on his phone to the police clues them in on who definetly saw him last and can be searched for his whereabouts. Interestingly enough, it's not Natalie but Jen that holds guardianship over him. If he gets rescued from Samantha by the police and sent back to Jen, it's her chance to open up how she feels about him and how terrible she felt when he disappeared.

Your ability to call this story is scary! A condition of the compensation scheme was the appointment of a legal guardian for Jerry. Three guesses who put their name down, and the first two don't count. Detail on that didn't make it into the story, but it's referenced in a future chapter.
Never fear! There are a couple of upcoming surprises you haven't guessed yet.

I see what you're getting at -- a chip to locate him. Cool idea, I didn't think of that. In retrospect it's the type of thing she would have agreed to (for his safety, of course...), but if Jerry found out, he would demand to have it removed and probably never trust her (or any vet or doctor) again.

I really enjoyed the dynamic of Jen, Jerry and Stuart. I know you said that there wouldn't be more of it, but I thought it was a well written chapter when he was humilatingly used like that for their pleasure.

He doesn't really have a wellness check system in place. He already took a big risk with Natalie. I understand he didn't want Jenny and Stuart to know where he was, but he should really get in touch with social services/office of disability for the city/state. Samantha or the girl that comes after her if even she gets bored with him is likely going to have both a kink for small guys and a cruel streak in her. Given the hints about how Stuart isn't interested in stying with or marrying Jen and how Jen's has newfound respect and desire for Jerry, I feel like this story is going to end up with Jen rescu-napping Jerry from his abusive hookup followed with her confessing how much he means to her and begging him to stay with her.
