Wow! I have a lot of thoughts I will list in no specific order.
Obviously this sucks for Ashley, but the reality is that someone is going to own her. Julia might really be her best option, considering all futas appear to be sex-crazed slavers.
Are all futas sex-crazed slavers? Are some more reasonable? Julia doesn’t seem all bad - she wants Ashley to leave the house at least. I can’t tell if Ashley’s assertion that she is just “a way for Julia to feel better” is true.
I love the complexity of the relationship. The pain of the rape attempt combines beautifully with the effect on Ashley’s sexual development. Julia really is the only futa that could have this confusing effect on her.
The core question of the story is whether Julia really loves her. If she doesn’t, Ashley’s current situation is as good as it will get for her. But if she does, I think Ashley could leverage that. I’m a bit confused. Julia says she’ll give her anything in return for love, but immediately pivots back to making demands. Is this controlling behavior who she is, or the only way she knows how to be? Can Ashley coax a different kind of love out of her?
I definitely want to see more of the parents. Did they put up a fight when Agatha came? What are they going through now? I prefer the 3m size to 6m, especially for characters with dicks, otherwise insertion is impractical. Does Agatha harbor vengeance towards men after her wife’s death?
This setting is ripe for other stories too. The passing of the act is a great catalyst for action. E.g. rushing to nab a crush and hunting them down. Or a non-futa desperately trying to get to their futa partner before being claimed by someone else.

Not all futas are as unhinged as Julia, no. I think we'll see Agatha has a far healthier take on relationships with normal peoples, once she'll have settled down from the crush she has had, for a long time, on Ashley's parents.
We should see next chapter (if I stick to it) how Julia feels truly and who she is and why her relationship with Ashley is so intense, obsessive and important to her. So far I have made her obliviously cruel, but I am toying with the idea of making her truly a sadist who has fallen utterly in love with Ashley, and struggles to reconcile her own needs in such a relationship which what she knows is good for Ashley. Not sure I'll go that route yet, we'll see.
In any case, it is a certainty that Julia loves Ashley. The question is can she manage to love her in an healthier way, and why do she feels the need to be so controlling. It should be adressed next chapter, later in the week, if I can stick to it, as I said above.
We won't see too much of Agatha and Ashley's parents, but some nonetheless, since I want to focus more on Ashley and Julia, and their relationship.
As for the setting, the Registration Bill was a spur of the moment inspiration haha ! I didn't plan beyond "huge futa abduct her childhood friend". I agree that six meters is too huge for penetration but initially I had planned to end the one-shot chapter by a cock-vore scene. I still plan to have one down the line, hence why Julia's cock grew even more monstrous this chapter.
