Great chapter, when I first saw the title I thought idol was going to refer to worship and it would be minas dark secret or something not performer idols lol. Though this was hilarious and sweet as well. And then I got surprised by the ending. Jacob had a pretty good plan
I think it is high likely that melody is going to become a goddess, since I am pretty sure any girl with art drawn of them will eventually become one lol.

Jacob's plan was the result of me trying to figure out what are plausible strategies that a desperate and cunning human would come up with when facing such unkillable titans. As for Melody's case, Jacob's plan has already introduced the idea, so we will just have to see how things go in the future. Until then, please keep supporting the series!

What an interesting twist! It seems the goddesses aren't completely invulnerable to humanity's weapons after all.
Hopefully Melody gets to build a bond with Mina and she'll get a companion role like Ren and Lyre.

Goddesses are really powerful and near-invulnerable, but their greatest advantage has always been their size. This is just one of the ideas I've explored on what humans could possibly do to stand a chance against the goddesses given their insurmountable disparity in power. The other example would be the case of Genesis's death, where it required humanity to be have hyper-advanced space faring technology and also required Genesis to choose to not fight back.
Next few chapters may contain a lot more setup, but things will gradually speed up afterwards as we approach the climax of the story. Hope you keep reading!

Combining my thoughts on 6.5 and 7 here. First, 6.5
I really like how we got shown the past mistake of humanity, shows how we got here, not really much to talk about there since its most likely just preparation for the introduction of more story relevant characters down the line.
But 7 though... First of all, welcome back jacob! so nice to see that youre still most likely the antagonist of Ryans story! and what do we hear of her plans. its like im seeing some connections here, one with the emperor and jacob, excited to see how that one pops out! Ithyrminah is now feels like a more likeable character in these, with how the chapter ended, hopefully ryan can find a way to either convince jacob that this will only make the situation worse, which i dont believe, or he can rescue her away from jacob, and who knows ryan might have a new companion on his journey, cause with how shes being presented i feel like theres a chance it COULD happen, which is pretty exciting.

Your ideas are really spot-on, most of them I have considered at least once while drafting the story but as for which of them actually made the final story, you will have to wait and see.

Holy shit……..the story just keeps getting better!!!!! Damn humanity not even a threat to the goddess full power damn but peace is always the best option for all people and goddess alike
So happy to see Jacob again and understandable that he still hates goddess folk and YES ! My theory was right ….sorta but it’s close enough haha
melody was great and ryan seeing that more war will only cause more problems is great too see.
and that ending !!!!!! Holy shit

Good job on your theory haha you did hit the mark on certain aspects of the story's direction. There's probably only 2-3 more arcs left before the finale so I hope you will keep reading! (I'm probably going to end the story at part 2 so no part 3 unless I do an alternate timeline story in the future)
