Count me among those hoping you come back to this. I really enjoyed the ride, and this was a great ending to the first arc!
Starting off with Alice, Emily, and tiny Jordan bantering was a good decision, as it really showed that tight bond that you mentioned them forming in a short time rather than just telling us that. Emily's reaction to the magical revelations of Jordan's ordeal was fun, but Alice "teasing" about Emily spicing up their relationship was clearly the highlight of that start. Not only was it funny and bursting with personality, but that "... mostly" leaves open a lot of possibilities down the road if you want to go that route. It may have just been a harmless throwaway line on Alice's part, but then again, maybe it's not!
And didn't I speculate that Emily might just have a secret crush on Jordan ...
Alice reassuring Jordan that she would always love him regardless of his size and that he would always be himself was a sweet, sweet moment and a good one to serve as the last thing before he returned to normal size. Alice is so likable!
I was a little surprised to see Leila so accepting of Emily, but I get where she's coming from. If she was there with Jordan and not trying to run away with him, then they must have worked things out and Emily must not be a bad person. Also, hanging out with a human in tiny form and a normal-sized one for a while has probably altered her views on humans a little bit. She heard Jordan defend Emily before, too. So this actually made a lot of sense, even if I initially expected Leila to be weary of her.
Jordan getting his size back was a really satisfying moment! But what I liked best is that the banter between the three humans basically stayed the same after that (Emily and Jordan talking about him riding on her shoulder indefinitely, for example), showing that Alice and Emily truly saw him no differently when he was tiny then they do now that he's big. There was no reason to think differently, but seeing it demonstrated like that helped drive the point home!
I don't know why, but I really, really liked that interaction between Jordan and Brynne. There's something about knowing that the day before she was holding him in her hand absentmindedly like a stress ball and now she's welcoming him back to school without realizing it. It was a nice little payoff for that unaware scene, I think, at least for me.
I appreciate the irony that the "end of an era" that had Alice so distracted at the start of the story when Jordan disappeared ended up not being the end of that particular era at all! It was a nice full-circle moment, and I'm glad the three of them could laugh the whole thing off together.
The talk at the end about them going to visit the village together was pretty interesting. I liked Alice's take on it, that Leila is their friend (and Elsie is Jordan's), so they were probably welcome at the village anytime. Emily's concern about getting tiny is understandable, but I'm glad Jordan is at a point in which he can say that it wasn't all bad. This was a scary, humiliating situation for him, but it was also what led to him declaring his love for Alice and experiencing that giant kiss.
I do wonder if they would all have to shrink in order to visit, though. Leila didn't necessarily say that, but I can see why that's assumed. But could Leila even shrink more than one of them at a time? She shrank Jordan, and it took days for her to get the energy to change his size again. So if Jordan wanted to take even just one of them to see the village with him, at least one of them might have to be normal-sized, unless Leila can convince someone else in the village to help her out or something (we don't even know if they can all do that, though, unless I missed something).
In any case, I'm hoping there ends up being a way that at least one of the girls ends up keeping their size if/when they visit the village. Leila would have to give everyone there a heads up, though, for sure!
I have to admit, I won't enjoy not seeing your story pop up on the front page for a while. You spoiled us by having the whole thing written and releasing it daily! Now I'm going through withdrawal and I blame you!
But seriously, great work on this! I look forward to seeing what you come up with next, whether it be a new arc for this story or another story entirely.
Author's Response:
Hah, I did have a lot of fun putting together a scene for Alice to tease the both of them. Honestly, I think Alice, knowing her personality, would probably rather keep Jordan for herself, though maybe she could be convinced to let Emily have some fun with Jordan one way or another, maybe as a favor.
I've been keeping Emily's little infatuation with Jordan something that's unaddressed. Right now, she's just happy to be there and have friends around her but it'll come up at some point!
I'm glad you liked the short interaction between Jordan and Brynne! Brynne was a bit of a late addition to the story and didn't really get much time to shine, but I do like her character and I'd want to bring her back too if I can figure out what else she could do in the story.
Funny thing about Alice's favorite band that she was so shocked about at the start is that, they were dealing with this supposedly big scandal and at the end of the story, they resolved their issues, the same way the main cast did. Didn't even consider that fact until now but I'll just pretend that was completely intentional on my part. I'm really a great writer with plans and foresight. Yes.
About who will visit the village and who will stay big, is something I've been thinking about a lot and I do have an idea or two in mind for that but nothing too sure yet. And just to answer your question on this, Leila can only really shrink one person at a time, she mentioned how it takes enormous amount of magic energy to shrink something several times her own size down to the size of a Fey. In other words, she'd need help from someone else to shrink another person down. :)
Hahaha, I'm sorry to make you go through withdrawal, I didn't think the story would have that kind of grip, in my eyes it doesn't even compare to the details and characterization in Roomies. And to be fair, I have my own withdrawals waiting for a new chapter for that one every time I finish reading so whether a story has daily updates or once in a few weeks, I guess it's always going to be painful hah. (In other words, I need my Callie fix please, I love that girl)
Thanks so much as always, and I'll do my best to deliver on whatever I can come up with next!

Well, that was a very sweet ride, I really hope this isn't the end because I don't want to say bye to these characters just yet, in fact I think their story is just beginning
You really have a knack for writing fun size shenanigans, all the interactions between Jordan and Emily's family are top notch humiliation and pet scenario
That's not to say the gentle part isn't good, it's all very cute and the interactions are wholesome
And again, Jordan turning into a different species instead of flat out shrinking is amazing, I cannot emphasize how much I adore this
The world you created for this story is still very unexplored and I really want to more of it, I want to see more of Leila's daily life, I want to see how other characters interact with the tiny people
I don't want to sound greedy or demanding, I just want this story to continue, you are a very good writer
And if you want to step away from history for now and focus on something else, by all means go for it, I'm sure it will be great!
Author's Response:
That really means a lot that you enjoy these characters and trust me, I don't want to say goodbye to them yet either.
It'll take me some time to come up with new scenarios, especially any unaware ones since the truth about the Fey and Jordan's identity is already revealed now, but I'm sure I'll come up with something. Any ideas are always welcome too!
I want the story to continue as well, despite creating it lol, but I want to be completely sure that I have the right storyline in mind for a second arc before I do that.
Thanks a lot for the review! Jordan and friends will revisit the park again, no doubt about that. :)

This was a great story, you should definitely continue or even start a new one. I love gentle and humiliation/teasing stories and you have a great expressive style of both of those genres. Big fan, can’t wait for more.
Author's Response:
Thanks a lot, I appreciate it! I'll be working more on this one, and also making new stories, whenever I come up with something.
I love the same type of stories, and I really wanted to add one of my own, just to have more gentle/embarassment that I can't always find in too many stories on here. :)

Great story, keep up the good work. Not everyone here can maintain a smooth narrative with almost no vulgarity (except for one chapter). Thank you very much.
Author's Response:
Thanks so much! And I honestly can't recall which chapter that would be, but I always try to keep the story as classy as I can :)
