A very nice beginning, with plenty of well described desires and intents.  I'm looking forward to more of this story.

There is one question I have, especially considering all the detail you have stated thus far.  Chase seems to love and adore his wife Alexis, so why is it that he has an infinity for her sister Delaney's feet rather than Alexis'?  As Chase himself states, this could cause him his relationship with Alexis, so why choose Delaney?
