Wow this is great. 

Your descriptive language is great, concept is great. Not sure where the story is headed but I hope you take your time getting there. At the risk of sounding like a back-seat writer: its always disappointing when stories with such interesting character dynamics (rival gangs, tenuous power balance with the prison authority, etc.) devolve into a rampage story as soon as the giantess becomes big enough that they cant easily be stopped.

And nah, no worries. I don't want that happening anytime soon either. Part of the reason I enjoy the setting so much is because it IS still a prison. I won't go into spoilers but they'd need to be pretty big (or have multiple big people) to really rampage!
