Every male character who says that in these kinds of stories always seems to jinx it for themselves! :-(

Author's Response: They think they could handle the worst, and they're always mistaken. When will they learn to play it safe? :-D

Wow, its hard to believe this is your first story. You have a wonderfully realitic way of writing your characters. They pop out and come to life for the most part.

Author's Response: Thank you, glad you liked the story! I have written others before, but I never got around to completing them. Maybe I'll do so now, though, with all the great reviews this story's getting.
