Ah, well! Getting back to business; I don't regard it as _cordial_ for a landlord of any gender to just barge into their tenants' apartments when they're not home. It's an undeniable invasion of privacy! Even if the landlord is there to fix or get something, by real-life law, he/she has to give 24-hour advance notice that they'll be entering the apartment in question when the tenants are away.

As to Sarah being a "cougar" at only age 30? I would expect that kind of age "discrimination" from a smart-ass teenager. Not an (otherwise) intelligent twenty-something like Bob (lol)!
