I love this story. This is a love story, one with more heart than any romance movie. I love the characters; Alex is relatable, Emily is admirable, each sees the other as a person and not just something to be used or be used by sexually. I love the realism; there is an admission of physics and biology. I love the normalcy; neither lead is a fetishist but rather just someone who fell in love with a person of a very different size, and Emily and her friends react with believeable disregard for Alex's situation. If this was your first giantess story you got off to a good start.
The only thing I would change is how much foot rubbing there is, but that's just me. I'm not a foot fetishist but I realize I'm in the distinct minority among macrophiles.
Summary: Alex and Emily's relationship grows stronger, but when they are separated he has to find his way back to her.

This story is very well told overall, but I absolutely hate the way it ended.
An innocent person was kidnapped, imprisoned, berated, nearly mutilated, tortured and humilated, repeatedly threatened with death, and finally, violently raped. Then only a week later and the victim is actively seeking to forgive their abuser when they have shown no signs of remorse. Not only that but the victim says their abuser is, and I quote, "not evil" just because they were abused themselves. In the end the rapist still hasn't even appologised, and is said to be unlikely to ever do so, and yet the implication is they will get off scott free. The story even frames that in a positive light. Unbelieveable.
I assume this is because of the double standard against male rape vicitms, which is why I used gender neutral pronouns in the above paragraph, to help people see how frankly fucked up this is.
I swear there needs to be a rape category on this site. I've read less than a handful of stories so far and I've already read two that not only had rape scenes, from the victim's perspective even, but explicitly called it out as rape - in stories with the "Gentle" tag!

Very nice, cute and sweet with likable characters.
There a few problems though: it's too short with no conflict, Neliar doesn't get enough action or dialogue, and the "Couples" tag is misleading since the story never says they were anything more than good friends.
I wish you would continue this story and show Neliar coming out of his shell and developing feelings for Almineria. There is a lot of potential for character and relationship development here and I'd like to see a puppy love romance for once.
