This story isn't bad, and I know it's a commission,  but it feels like it's literally going nowhere.  After Hal and everyone else stopped fighting her, that was like the end of this story wise.  No conflict at all.  Nobody trying to defeat the villain and no explanation as to why the sister is growing.  So far, Hal has been written into a corner because he never really gets a moment to himself to do some investigating or plan a counter attack or even defy.  I was digging it in the beginning when he struggled but the last like 10 chapters fell off.  Hope it picks up!
