I enjoy this story, its very well written and one of my favorites on the site. It's also great that the plot and backstory is thickening up a bit. Though, I really do miss the earlier scenarios of Dean and his mother.

The giant mother/tiny son relationship isn't explored too often, but here it is done superbly; Dean's mother is so sweet and caring, which adds a touch of realism and depth to the story. The monster mommy section was so great, that's the stuff I'm talking about! Its the moments like that between Dean and his mother that really give this story its magic, at least from my perspective.

I do hope they reunite at some point and that their relationship may grow. Perhaps Dean finds himself a girlfriend at school, and now his mom has to show him the ropes of how to handle a woman of that size and age. Perhaps Dean's confidence in his mother grows and he actually begins to want to flatter her and play games like monster mommy. The girlfriend scenario could also create some drama with Nina, which may play out pretty interestingly...
