I'm not usually one to make suggestions to authors other than: write what turns you on.  If you find your story hot, odds are your readers will, too.

However, you did ask, so I'll put in my two cents. Insertion is my all-time favorite activity, and your fondness for it is evident in your wonderful smut. I know how hard it is to work over the same anatomy while using fresh vocabulary, and the only advice I can give is to let the context explain your metaphors. Up close, labia can appear as a dozen different things. Let the action define the function, and derive the form from that.

But here's my actual request:  I'd like to see your female protagonist explain to one of her girlfriends what it's like to have a five-inch-tall lover.  How it feels,  how it turns her on, how it compares to having a full-size lover.  More plausibly, her girlfriend should not (initially) be into this fetish, she should be skeptical, and our protagonist should have to go into erotic detail to express herself.  I'm divided over whether her tiny lover should be listening in; it would maximize honesty if the conversation were just between the women, but you might find it more arousing to write if her tiny lover is hiding in her panties as she talks about how it feels to have him down there.  I'm not (necessarily) suggesting a threesome; it's the girltalk I'm after.

As Woody Allen said in one of his movies, sex is dirty only if you're doing it right.

That was just beautiful.  The buildup was perfectly paced, and each stimulation was weighted just so.  We can appreciate her distinct needs both to pleasure herself and to perform for her lover.  As cruel as trapping him beneath herself might have been, far crueler would have been to deny him any contact at all.

I think it's fairly common for people to find watching others masturbating to be sexy.  It's like watching desire itself.  And yes, when I watch a woman masturbating, I typically imagine a tiny version of myself down there, doing my best to help bring her off.

Nothing pleases this person more than seeing a passionate author getting off on her own writing. 

I think all of your stories are delightfully hot.  Your style of narration is almost stream of consciousness, immersing the reader in all the intense sensations and emotions.  You've found an excellent balance between detail and pacing that tells us what we need to know while keeping us in the action.

What I treasure most of all about your stories is your focus on your female protagonist's perspective.  I want to know what she's feeling and why she does what she does, her deepest desires and immediate experiences, and you deliver every time.

If you're still taking requests, I'd love to see a female predator who has decided to keep one of her tiny victims around, perhaps because she has a personal connection to the tiny, or maybe just because the tiny does a good job stimulating her pussy.  She still captures and devours new victims on a regular basis, of course, and perhaps she makes her pussy slave listen to them being digested as an incentive to keep up the good work.

Way better than Downton Abbey.  I concur that the characters and action are both clear and compelling.  And hot.

Of course, the smaller your servants are, the more of them you need...
