How did I miss this?? Usually I'm one of the first to read a Pixis story. Meh well, January was a busy month and at least I got to sit down and read six chapters straight through!

Excellent story thus far. I like that you're exploring the Wild West with this--that's a setting I've considered, but have never taken a pen to. Lots of potential!

Once again, you've produced an excellent series. I enjoyed the characters, the new setting in the Old West, and the predicaments that our protagonist encountered. It was a fresh perspective that I think was good for you as a writer to explore.

I wasn't anticipating this story going as long as it did. I think it went just the right amount of chapters. This is not a criticism. Just noting that I agree with your decision to wrap it up when you did.

I wasn't anticipating this story going as long as it did either! It was a combination of falling in love with the characters and the ending just getting further and further away as the scope expanded. Glad you liked the conclusion. I agree that it was time to bring things to a close.

Side note: I hope you're still writing as well. Really enjoy your work and was digging The Castaways.

Yeah...I will...eventually. This semester of grad school was a massive consumer of time and energy. I've got several chapters started on The Parvian Perspective but haven't gotten around to finishing any of them. Even though I've been on summer break for a month already, as you probably know, once you stop writing for a while it can be hard to start it up again.

Summary:

Ryan lives a normal life for a tiny: he works online, he keeps in shape at the local gym, he games online with friends he never meets, and he tries his best to avoid getting stepped on. Of course it was just his luck that the apartment he lived in got foreclosed on and now he’s been evicted.

Thankfully one of his online friends, Lena, offers to let him crash with her. Of course, having never met, Ryan doesn’t know she’s a bit bigger than he thinks.

It's been quite a while since I regularly checked this website since I wasn't finding much that was high quality writing and also of my interests. On a whim, I checked "Most Recent" and found your story. I wasn't expecting it to be one of the best stories I've read on this site, but it was a pleasant surprise! I don't leave many reviews, but I want to encourage you to continue. I look forward to reading the next chapter!
