My only pet peeves on the subject are extreme torture, scat, and one giant chapter with no spacing. 

I can only write when I'm in the mood. I try not to go too long without an update. But sometimes I only have enough time to write a little at a time. I hate it when a story I love is left unfinished so I'll never personally do that, even if I post another before one is finished, rest assured it will be completed.
